ARMA members
ARMA member full symposium registration: $895 (until May 8), $995 (after May 8)
ARMA member full symposium registration includes access to the opening reception on Sunday, all technical sessions and keynote addresses, the exhibits, the awards banquet on Tuesday, all sponsored breaks, and other plenary events and proceedings during the symposium.
Senior ARMA member full symposium registration: Free
The Senior ARMA member symposium registration is an individual full symposium registration for ARMA members in good standing who will be at least 70 years in age on 8 June 2025 and are not attending on behalf of an employer, company, or organization.
ARMA member one-day symposium registration: $455
ARMA member one-day symposium registration includes access to the keynote addresses and technical sessions, the exhibits, sponsored breaks, and other plenary events on the day of registration: Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday. Tickets for the awards banquet can be added at time of registration.
Short courses, workshops, and technical tours
Short courses, workshops, and technical tours can be added at the time of symposium registration or separately. It is not necessary to register for the symposium to attend a short course or a workshop. For a complete description of these events, please see the program pages.
Accessing ARMA member rates for symposium registration
Please note that the reduced member rates are accessible only to current ARMA members. If your membership is past due, you can renew it in your member account on this website or on the ARMA website. If you need help with your member account, please email support@armarocks.org.
Non-members
Non-member full symposium registration: $995 (until May 8), $1095 (after May 8)
Non-member full symposium registration includes access to the opening reception on Sunday, all technical sessions and keynote lectures, the exhibits, the awards banquet on Tuesday, all sponsored breaks, and other plenary events and proceedings during the symposium.
Non-member one-day symposium registration: $455
Non-member one-day symposium registration includes access to the technical sessions and keynote addresses, the exhibits, sponsored breaks, and other plenary events on the day of registration: Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday. Tickets for the awards banquet can be added at time of registration.
Short courses, workshops, and technical tours

Non-members who wish to take advantage of our member rates are welcome to join ARMA on the ARMA website. Besides reduced rates for symposium registration, our member benefits include discounts on publications, subscription to our newsletter, and access to member-only content on the ARMA website.
Students
Student full symposium registration: $295
Student full symposium registration includes access to the opening reception on Sunday, all technical sessions and keynote lectures during the symposium, the exhibits, the awards banquet on Tuesday, all sponsored breaks, and other plenary events and proceedings during the symposium.
Short courses, workshops, and technical tours
Short courses, workshops, and technical tours can be added at the time of symposium registration or separately. For a complete description of these events, please see the program pages. Note that some short courses offer reduced rates for students.
Invitation to join ARMA as a student member
ARMA offers a highly reduced annual membership rate to students enrolled in a degree program.
